At KONG, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with a KONG product you purchased from one of our Authorized Sellers, we’ll gladly provide you with a Manufacturers Coupon for a product replacement or refund. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, the KONG Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. This Guarantee covers the KONG toys and treats category only.
You must submit your Guarantee request within 60 days of the date of purchase
How To Claim The Guarantee
To submit a Guarantee request, please have information available regarding when and where you purchased your product and complete the form below. You will need upload a copy of proof of purchase. Please be sure the retailer name, date purchased, and product purchased is clear and visible. A Guarantee Request will not be approved without proof of purchase.
You may be required to mail your KONG product back to us. Please note you are responsible for costs incurred in shipping. KONG is not liable for lost in-bound packages, we suggest sending your item via an insured, traceable means, such as UPS or FedEx or insured USPS mail.
The KONG Satisfaction Guarantee is only available in the United States KONG reserves the right to deny Guarantee requests in its sole discretion if it determines that a customer is abusing the Guarantee or has engaged in fraud.
