Unopened/Undamaged Product Returns
- Eligibility: Products purchased directly from KONG Company may be returned within 60 days of purchase if:
- The product is undamaged and still in original KONG packaging.
- Treat products are unopened and unused.
- Returns do not apply to products purchased from other retailers.
- How to submit a return:
- Go to Contact Us at the bottom of KONGCompany.com.
- Select Product Claims → KONGCompany.com as the retailer.
- Follow the prompts to submit your claim.
- After submitting:
- A KONG Customer Service representative will confirm your order and product details.
- You’ll receive a prepaid shipping label to return the product.
- Processing:
- Allow 7–10 business days after KONG receives the product for processing.
- If approved, choose either:
- 100% store credit for the product price, or
- Refund for the product price and applicable sales tax, minus return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Store credit: You must have a KONG Account and have been logged in when the original order was placed to receive store credit.
