Spuds' Dinner

Created by Spud as a way to make meal time more enjoyable, this recipe was made frpm his owner’s own meal prep. All people-friendly ingredients, this stuffing will make your fur friend a part of the week’s meal prep. Freeze some KONGs with the mixture inside and enjoy the fruits of a successful meal prep together.

1 cup of Turkey Breast
2 Eggs
1 Red Apples Shredded
1 Carrot Shredded
1 Sweet Potato Mashed
½ cup of Green Peas
1 tsp of Spirulina Powder
1 tsp of Rose Hip Powder
1 Tbsp of Coconut Oil

Shred/ finely chop the apple, carrot, eggs, and turkey breast.
Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly together.
Fill your KONG Classic with the mixture.
For an extra challenge, place Greek yogurt or peanut butter and freeze the KONG with the mixture.

Lean meats such as turkey provide an excellent source of protein and help reduce excess calories and fat. Veggies such as apple and sweet potato are excellent sources of natural fiber, which aids with digestion.
