1 Peach
Water as Needed
Bone Broth without Onion

Peel and chop the peach.
Blend with about ⅓ cup of water (you may need more or less depending on the size of your peach). You should end with a smooth puree.
Chill the bone broth by stirring it with ice.
Pour the peach puree into a glass and top with the chilled bone broth. Garnish with a peach slice.
