KB and Kenzo sent us this snack as one of their favorite ways to cool off. Combine pumpkin, carrots, and your favorite mold to make a frosty treat that is unmatched. Orange you glad you have this recipe?
  • 1 cup of Pumpkin Puree
  • ⅓ cup of Carrots
  • Mold/Ice Tray
  1. Combine all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a mold of your choice, or an ice tray.
  3. Place in the freezer and freeze for two hours.

We love this healthy take on a cold treat. The added pumpkin is a great source of fiber and can aid in digestion.
