
Pumpkin and Carrot

KB and Kenzo sent us this snack as one of their favorite ways to cool off. Combine pumpkin, carrots, and your favorite mold to make a frosty treat that is unmatched. Orange you glad you have this recipe?
- 1 cup of Pumpkin Puree
- ⅓ cup of Carrots
- Mold/Ice Tray
- Combine all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a mold of your choice, or an ice tray.
- Place in the freezer and freeze for two hours.
We love this healthy take on a cold treat. The added pumpkin is a great source of fiber and can aid in digestion.
