
Cod Turkey Meal Recipe

Need a new way to spice up your dog's meal time? Try this recipe! Cod, turkey, cooked rice, and carrot makes for a special meal for your furry friend. Fix it for birthdays, holidays or just your average Wednesday to show how much you love your pup!
- 5 cups of Cod
- 2 cups of Ground Turkey
- 1 ½ cups of Cooked Rice
- ½ cup of Coconut Oil
- 2 Tbsp of Carrot
- 4 tsp of Dog Supplement zucchini missing
- Bake cod at 350 F for 20 minutes, while cod cooks, also cook the ground turkey and zucchini at mid-high heat in a frying pan or a pot with a small amount of the coconut oil.
- Turn off the stove, add remaining coconut oil and cooked rice and mix all the ingredients together.
- Set the mixture and cod aside to cool down, begin chopping the carrots.
- Once everything has been cooled completely, add the chopped carrots and the supplement to the mixture.
- Store in the refrigerator/freezer to keep the food fresh.
This recipe packs a nutritional punch due to including cod. Cod is a great source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids. ****This recipe should be used for an occasional treat and should account for 10% or less of the daily diet.
