Chicken Burger

1 Carrot
1 Zucchini
1 Chicken Breast
1 cup of Oatmeal
Fresh Parsley

Chop the carrot and zucchini into smaller bite size pieces.
Boil the chicken breast until fully cooked. Keep the water to boil the chopped carrot and zucchini.
Once veggies are cooked, add the parsley and oatmeal to the pot of vegetables and water, cook until you get a “dough” like consistency to create the “bread patties” with your hands.
Bake the “bread patties” in the oven at 350 F for 20 minutes. Once these are baked, you can place the chicken between the patties. Cool before serving.
