Open Positions - 

Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician. The candidate must have prior experience as a setup tech/maintenance tech with an injection molding company and the ability to work within a team environment. Technical Skills Required

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing maintenance position.
• A self starter attitude and willingness to fix things without being told is a must.
• Must be aware of loss of profit related to down time and prioritize work accordingly.
• Troubleshooting experience and problem-solving skills in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic fields.
• Basic knowledge of PLC control systems
• Experience working with all voltages up to and including 480V, 3 Phase.
• Must be able to work off-shift and occasional weekends.
• Proficiency in basic welding and shop tools is necessary.
• Must be able to input data into an inventory control software and a CMMS.
• Frequent standing, walking, and climbing up and down ladders to maintain molding machines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience leading and/coordinating safety programs is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a written test and background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain a forklift license.
• Must be willing to provide own tools for work on the job.

Account Services Representative

We are seeking an Account Services Representative with a proven track record of managing accounts within a consumer products environment.

Position Purpose

This position is the first point of contact for sales representative and KONG distributors as well as internal sales Team members requesting status and information. This position is responsible for handle customer questions and complaints in a manner in line with KONG culture that provides a hands on, polite, fun and engaging approach.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Responsible for order entry, EDI and invoicing (Level 2 orders).
• Produce labels as necessary.
• Answer phones.
• Responsible for preparing NIS sheets for new products and push through the systems to all applicable departments; marketing, quality control, operations, etc.
• Responsible for overall account management for various accounts and/or working very closely with the account management for assigned accounts
• Shipment confirmation and invoicing.
• Responsible for written and verbal communication with sales representatives via email and telephone.
• Create fill rate report as required including for Top 10 US distributors
• Responsible for updating back orders and open orders daily.
• Provide samples, catalogs and assist reps with other special requests.
• New customer set-up and communicate new customers to appropriate team members
• Review contracts with National Sales Director and make necessary adjustment as required.
• General customer service via telephone and email.
• Ensure client pricing is consistent with contract.
• Maintain communication with off site warehouse regarding order status and inventory.
• Maintain spreadsheets and reports in order to track order status and product updates as required
• Print pick/pack lists and labels
• Maintain databases and printing materials, direct mail, e-mail broadcast
• Serve as back for various administrative positions to support the team, including receptionist duties.
• Other duties as assigned including but not limited to creating and maintain customer service procedures manual.

Job Qualifications
• HS Diploma
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Efficiency with data entry tasks.
• Must have a proven track record of customer care resulting from customer service etiquette.
• Must possess excellent communications skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with Solomon, EDI, Express Works and/or inventory systems.
• Detail-oriented, and efficient
• Work well with tight deadlines, be flexible as priorities change.
• Effectively communicate ideas and activities across departments.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks and quickly learn new skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Proactive approach to executing new projects
• Ability to use independent judgment, analyze information and formulate recommendations.
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
