Account Services Representative - Denver, CO
We are seeking an Account Services Representative with a proven track record of managing accounts within a consumer products environment.  

Position Purpose
This position is the first point of contact for sales representatives and KONG distributors, as well as internal sales team members requesting status and information.  This position is responsible for handling customer questions and complaints in a manner in line with KONG culture that provides a hands-on, polite, fun, and engaging approach.  This is an entry-level position with opportunity for growth.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
·  Responsible for order entry, EDI and invoicing (Level 2 orders).
·  Produce labels as necessary.
·  Answer phones.
·  Responsible for preparing NIS sheets for new products and pushing through the systems to all applicable departments; marketing, quality control, operations, etc.
·  Responsible for overall account management for various accounts and/or working very closely with the account management team for assigned accounts.
·  Shipment confirmation and invoicing.
·  Responsible for written and verbal communication with sales representatives via email and telephone.
·  Create fill rate report as required, including for top 10 US distributors.
·  Responsible for updating back orders and open orders daily.

Work Center Support / Inventory Management Supervisor - Akron, OH
Manage the planning, execution and completion of all internal and local Work Center packaging jobs and to ensure all inventory is managed to a high degree of accuracy.
 
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
· Supervise and provide leadership to Work Center Coordination and Inventory Management Team. To include assigning short term and long term tasks, conducting team meetings, mentoring team members, facilitating and championing performance management while employing strong employee communication.
· Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal departments and outside resources, primarily local Work Centers, to coordinate the packaging of finished goods.
·  Effectively manage inventory to a high degree of accuracy.
·  Use MRP system to plan production pulling schedules for products in a high volume, multi-site, fast paced environment as well as to plan periodic Cycle Counts.  That is to ascertain inventory/materials to be counted, received, and moved, stored, retrieved, staged or transferred/shipped.
·  Work Center Support
·  Assist internal departments by reviewing specific raw materials to ensure proper inventory levels are available.  
· Receives materials (inventoried and non-inventoried) off transfers from other KONG distribution centers using the appropriate transfer lists. Identifies and resolves discrepancies.
· Following Production Planning details, ensures that the necessary materials (inventoried and non-inventoried) from warehouse storage are retrieved.
· When required ensures that the necessary labels have been printed and staged for Work Center distribution.
· Consolidates materials from transfers and local warehouse into Packaging job bundles for staging and shipping/collection.
· Manages the loading of pallets/gaylords/totes of inventory/materials onto Work Center transfers.
·  Receives all Finished Goods, unused materials and rejects/damaged items from Work Centers during and at the completion of all Packaging Jobs.
· Counts, weighs, and records number of units of inventory/materials received against Work Center Reports.
· Resolve inventory, quality and service issues working with the Work Center leads and various internal departments.
· Inventory Management and Control
· Assists in managing, sorting and storing components in the warehouse storage area according to useable versus rejected/damaged components.  
·  Retrieves and stages all REJECTS for shipment/transfer to Golden.
· Ensures that all inventory/materials are grouped and stored in a logical fashion for easy management, cycle counting and access.
· Manages the replenishment of Shipping Bins on a daily basis.
· Works with QC to ensure that Shipping Bins are re-arranged, according to POR calculations, to accommodate new products and end-of-life products when required.
· Develops and executes comprehensive Shipping Bin and Warehouse Cycle Count Plan to ensure bi-weekly Shipping Bin and monthly Warehouse Cycle Counts.
· Identifies inventory discrepancies and completes the necessary investigation to resolve issues.
· Remains fully informed regarding Version Management and customer specific instructions and advises/instructs Order Pulling Team accordingly.  
· Completes all appropriate paperwork and MRP workflows/tag actions reflecting physical activities related to above duties and responsibilities (FG Receipts, PO Completes, Moves, Splits, Merges, Adjustments, Transfers, and Transfer Receipts etc.)
· Provide reporting as needed.
· Provide management with ideas on how to structure operations to maximize performance within Work Center Coordination and Inventory Management. Generates and implements ideas that improve indicators, in line with cost, investment and service goals.
· Lifts heavy objects by hand or with industrial truck, and cleans work area, machines, and equipment.
· Operates industrial truck to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
